Thinking about death and end of life is typically a difficult thing. When one of our loved ones is suffering, illness has taken over, or a long and full life is nearing its end, the many emotions that are felt can be overwhelming. Grief, anger, fear, and pain, can make the difficult challenges we face in life all that more difficult. But healing can actually make it a bit easier and more comfortable, for both those who are passing, and the cherished family and friends they leave behind.
Healing can ease suffering and make passing more comfortable
No one should have to suffer at the end of life, and there are times when illness and injury unfortunately hurt more than they should. But death itself is not painful and culminates in the energy body releasing, with peace and beauty and happiness taking over any pain. "Letting go" refers to the moment when the heart chakra disconnects from the physical body, and for some, this process can be a struggle.
When people are afraid to pass, when they are worried about the people who remain, such as children, or the perceived burden of their death, they can cling 'for dear life' and the heart chakra does not immediately disconnect. But with using energy healing, especially in the moments when the end is near, a relaxing and peaceful calm can be achieved which allows a person to let go and be comfortable in death.
It is often discussed that some people can feel that a sort of "permission" is needed in order to fully release and succumb to death. Healing can provide this permission, can give people the power and the peace to feel ok in death, in order to pass on without pain and struggle. It can also be that some struggle to release life because they don't wish to make their loved ones suffer with the pain that death causes. But in knowing that those close to us are passing peacefully, we can feel less of our own turmoil, and more contentment in this difficult time.
Healing can help with the grief that follows death
When humans are faced with loss, our auras collapse inside our body. The term struck by grief means actually just that: We strike our own energetic self. When people are in severe physical pain, it is said that it is possible to 'cut off' the energy to that body part, so that we are less aware of the pain. When a healer restores the energy flow, the pain will go away more quickly. The same is for the pain we feel when we lose someone close to us. We may become in a state of shock, or feel pain throughout our entire being.
When this happens, a person's aura has collapsed, and the chakras have disconnected from the auras. This is why we feel that when we experience a death, our own world stops spinning. It can feel as though everything inside of us grinds to a halt and we lose track of everything around us. In these moments, we have lost our communication with our aura, and the aura no longer communicates with the rest of the universe. But a healer can reconnect and re-inflate your auras, almost like providing the energy for the bubble to restore itself, like filling a balloon back up to its fullness.
Death is a difficult topic and it creates emotional suffering for the living. So when death occurs and impacts us directly, our aura fails, and when it does, we get ill, lonely, and disconnected. If you can use tools to restore balance and to reaffirm auras, it is easier to connect to the life that has been lost and experience the cherished memories, focusing on the positivity of life, rather than the pain of loss.
In dealing with the aftereffects of death, turn to those offering chakra healing practices or vibrational healing modalities. These include shamanic luminous energy medicine, crystal healing, herbal and alternative medicine and EarthSpirit teachings. These are the best methodologies that can soothe emotions, reconnect the chakras and auras, and assist us in overcoming imbalance after death.
In life and death, everything in this world is connected. While death is an inevitable part of life, that doesn't mean that we need to suffer when we pass, or that we need to suffer when we experience death close to us. When reflecting on passing into the next life, we can think about who we really are and what we are meant to do here on this earth. And when you are questioning yourself and the difficult times you are experiencing, turn to healing to reconnect you.
