Relief from Pain will be attending Women Work 2018. This amazing event will take place on Friday April 20th, 2018 in Salomons Estate, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 0TG.
What inspires us to attend? There will be more than 50 speakers, across 70 talks and workshops. The event will have a huge focus on women at home, in the workplace, in business.
The main themes for the day are:
- Women in Business: Building Your Own Business
- Women in the Workplace: Preparing Yourself
- Overcoming Challenges: Creating a Better Future
- Health and Well Being: Mental Health Awareness
Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being
We have discussed the sometimes detrimental side effects of stress, anxiety and worry and how healing helps to regain a well-balanced energy in order to have a positive influence on our mental health.
A lot of CAM-therapists are women. Many of us may want to go back to work or set up our own business or therapy centre like my good friend Joanne-Lee Philpot.
If you have any questions or need some support or inspiration, I recommend some fabulous ladies I had the pleasure of meeting and listening to:
- Izabella Niewiadomska, Wellness Coach, Well-being Advisor & Inspirational Speaker
- Kezia Luckett is the Conscious Connector, CEO & Trailblazer behind Women of Contribution
- Zina Arinze, The Post Divorce Lifestyle and Wellness service for female professionals, entrepreneurs and business women
- And of course Ania Jeffries, Award Winning Coach and Founder of Women Work
"Women Work began as an idea to bring a small group of local women together...
within a workshop environment to showcase their businesses and create opportunities for collaboration.
Due to a high public interest and demand, this small idea quickly snowballed into a very large successful event that welcomed over 1300 visitors across the day and evening giving a stage to 51 speakers providing the opportunity to showcase their businesses and share their life’s experiences across 70 talks and workshops.
Women Work believes that innovation is key to creating a successful future for everyone. Blending the feedback from the women involved with the original event and continued research, there have been many changes implemented for the next event." - Women Work 2018
